Hi, can somebody help me to erased about the duplicate record on my bacoor vier on vaccination, because I'm have a work and can't go there on my schedule? Anyone? Thanks ko

Thank you for reaching out to Techstatic support! I understand that you want to reschedule your vaccination for you weren't able to attend because of conflict with your work schedule. Just to set expectations, for this you need to contact your local government unit (LGU) for any scheduling concerns/inquiries as they are the only ones who can provide clarification, as well as have access to your previous registration.

I was able to checked the government website and was able to see this page for you. Kindly refer to this page for the contact number of the barangay near you:

On that note, they might need to verify some information regarding your registration. (For example if you have your active number on file. For some, this was the case. A mistake in one digit or it's also possible that the number they have registered is no longer active.) For your security, we don't have access to these information. That is why it is best that you contact them for your scheduling inquiry. They also have the ability to update your information should you wish it.

I'm confident that our barangay counterparts will be able to assist you further on this matter.
