07. Removing duplicate residents

There is a utility accessible only to Chairman's and secretaries where you can view all possible resident entry duplicates. This is found under the maintenance section of the application, as shown below:



The system will try to detect duplicate entries based on first name, last name, birthdate and gender. A typical example is the following figure:


As you can see from the above figure, we have two resident matching the criteria and they are ordered right above one another. Notice the  available action for each record, while you are able to delete one record and not the other, this is because there already exists a related record for this, such as the immunization record.

Once you have delete the desired record, both entries will be removed from the screen as there are no other duplicate remaining aside from the chosen valid entry.

If there are no available actions for both records, you will need to manually search for the desired record to be removed from the residents module, then delete it from there.

IMPORTANT: Once you delete a duplicate resident from the duplicates page, this cannot be undone. Please make sure you are deleting the correct item.

How can i change my number which is registered for the vaccination program? I can't receive any messages and phone calls with the number i used in my previous registration that's why i wanted to update my mobile number. Unfortunately, i tried to register again but it failed because i had a duplicate information in the system. I hope you can help me with my concern thank you!

I did file a ticket for this yet maybe i have the sane issue here? I have registered already with the old address that we have before, it's been 4 weeks i haven't received any confirmation Text/email that I'm done with the registration and that i will be receiving a feedback with my schedule for vaccine. It's was only the confirmation from this Vaccination site stated im done and provide me with a QR code? Since it's been 4 weeks i tried to again register using diffrent address when i was about to proceed it say that they have foynd duplicate information then when i have choose the option of registering using diffrent address from the info that i set before, error message again is showing about the duplicate. it's not going anywhre! Im an A4 category. So is soooo confusing! Hoping someone will Gonna reply to my ticket. does someone here have the same concern?

My first registration for the vaccination did not get processed I didn't even got any confirmation that they have received my registration or anything, and I tried to create another registration the system but the system stated that i already duplicated my registration, how can I deleted my old registration?
