Good day, nagkamali po ako ng lagay ng category sa anak ko for pediatric vaccine napasama po siya A3 Category pero wala po sakit anak ko. nagkamali lang po ako ng lagay hindi ko napansin cp lang po kasi gamit ko ayaw mag proceed po kasi ng registration. nag text na po LGU sched for vaccine need ng med cert wala naman po siya sakit. pano po kaya yun hindi ko na maulit yung registration due of multiple registration. TYI

Hi! Paano po baguhin ung sa category about health? Without comorbidity po ang anak ko ang nailagay ko po e with comorbidity po. Nagtry po ako magregister ule pero bawal na. Ty sana matugunan po.
